The Challenge

LSA needed a refreshed visual identity that aligned with its evolving mission and a fully modernized, mobile-responsive website. The project required developing clear messaging to differentiate LSA from competitors, simplifying complex services for new clients while building brand consistency across all platforms.

The Solution

As in-house creative director, I led the full creative and digital transformation:

  • Collaborated directly with the executive leadership team to simplify LSA’s brand message, introducing the tagline: “We Help People Communicate.”
  • Developed a fully refreshed brand identity including color palette, typography, art direction, photography, and iconography designed to humanize the brand and emphasize diversity.
  • Designed and developed a fully responsive WordPress website with updated UX, information architecture, and on-page SEO optimization.
  • Extended the identity system across marketing collateral, sales materials, and internal and external technology platforms to ensure brand consistency.
  • Managed full platform migration to a new hosting environment with minimal disruption to business operations.

The rebrand and website relaunch delivered significant business growth:
